In November 2015, we posted a blog about our team changes, with the benefits of this for our lovely clients. Our growth plans mean we will be launching our Purple team within the next twelve months, with a mixture of existing experienced team members and further recruits in the near future. Each team will have a maximum of eight engineers, plus a technical account manager.

All our customers are allocated an experienced, capable and knowledgeable technical account manager, whose role is to work closely with you. This is to fully understand your business from an IT perspective and to ensure all your requirements are being met. Through this process, a three year plan will be documented helping your business develop, plan for any investments and gain measurable business benefits.

At BCS we carry out Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with all our clients, to ensure that together, we will achieve your goals and we will grow with your business. Having a dedicated, technical account manager is just one vital elements of the support that Business Computer Solutions offers.
