As part of our lovely customers support agreement with BCS, up to two delegates can attend any workshop hosted in the BCS Learning Zone. Our workshops include Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and much more!

I am not a BCS customer. Can I book these workshops for my staff members and myself?
Of course! We would love to see you and your staff members here. All our scheduled workshops can be seen at www.bcslearningzone.co.uk. Please feel free to contact Amanda on 01843 572600 or email bcslearningzone@365itsupport.co.uk with any questions you may have.

 

Where can I see, what workshops are available?
You can see all our available workshops scheduled at www.bcslearningzone.co.uk. The sessions are scheduled up to four months in advance.

 

Why is the workshop format designed the way it is?
Training staff is expensive and often ineffective. Typically front led and against a workbook with a rigid format, meaning some delegates found it either too detailed or not stretching enough. The move from push training to pull learning ensures a more effective experience, with the workshop session being tailored to the needs of the participants. It really is all about our lovely delegates and what they want to learn, to make their lives easier within their job roles.

 

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

If you are driving, there are off road car parking spaces just outside the building and allocated visitor parking spaces at the front of the building. There are local transport links if you are using public transport. Please feel free to contact us if you have difficulty getting to us and we can arrange to pick you up.

 

What can/can’t I bring to the event?

Just bring your good self! Refreshments are provided including tea, coffee, cold drinks and biscuits.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

If you remember, fantastic. If you don’t, don’t worry!

 

What is the refund policy?

Your £50 payment for the workshop simply secures your reservation. The full amount will be refunded to you between 3-5 days after the workshop, once attended. If you do not attend the workshop, a refund will not be issued.

*For non BCS customers, each workshop will cost £50 per delegate upon booking through www.bcslearningzone.co.uk.
