COVID-19: A Service Update

UPDATE: In light of the current uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, the BCS team has moved to remote working, until further notice. This starts from Wednesday 18th March.

 

We will remain fully contactable using the usual numbers, which are, as a reminder:

Support:

  • Phone – 01843 572600 – We are able to work remotely as we have cloud hosted VoIP telephones, so we do not expect a massive impact on service.
  • Email helpdesk@bcs365.co.uk – There will not be an impact on this. All emails will continue to go into our central Service Desk system, and this will continue to be monitored by the team as normal.

Scheduled On-Site Visits

These will go ahead as normal unless you tell us otherwise. Please contact our Service Director Harry Ashton – harry.ashton@bcs365.co.uk – should you decide to make any changes to the normal routine and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Our office will remain open for the time being and until we may otherwise be instructed by the authorities. However, there will only generally be one person present at any time. We can’t therefore receive any unannounced visitors at present. If you do need to visit our offices for any reason, please contact Harry.

As I’m sure you are aware, this whole situation is very fluid and therefore everyone’s plans are subject to change. Bear with us please, as we will with you.

If you are looking to ensure your team can work remotely, please note we are being inundated with requests at the moment. Please also note laptop stock availability is becoming an issue but we’re working with our trusted suppliers to ensure we can meet demand.
