Believe it or not, this is not a post about how our IT Support makes us different, instead we want to explain how we feel are adding real value to the Kent business community – not just our customers but anyone at all.
1) Lunch and Learn – Every month we host a free 1hr session on something business and technology related over a spot of lunch and networking. Topics so far have included Cloud Computing, Content Marketing and an Introduction to Blogging. These sessions are open to anyone at all and have proved very popular. 2) Our Blog posts – We post regular blogs about a variety of topics. We even have ‘How To’ blogs where we give you step by step instructions on how to do everyday tasks such as converting word documents to PDFs and setting up your Out of Office up. We are committed to becoming great teachers and all of these guides and blogs are open to everyone, customer or not. Visit our blog here.
3) The Learning Zone – This is purpose built, state of the art learning facility complete with professional trainers and facilitators. We put on over 100 workshops every year covering subjects such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Windows 10. These workshops come in three levels: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced, catering for all skill levels.
