Recently, three of our wonderful customers kindly allowed us to interview them independently for case studies which demonstrates the level of service BCS provides for them. The first case study in this series comes from Garlinge Primary School who said we are Competitive, we Explain to our customers in a language they understand, we are Supportive and Honest. The School had a major scare with their server but our Ninjas fixed it before most of the school had any idea. Given that their server failure was during the Easter holiday and our work meant it was business as usual, Lynda Newing (Business Manager) was very impressed at how our Ninjas had handled it.
