Each month, we pick a winner (selected at random), from the list of people who have kindly completed our Engineer survey. This gives us the opportunity to listen to our clients’ feedback and ensure our service is meeting their expectations. We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who filled in our Engineer survey in November.

As a result of completing a survey during October, Helen Williams from Watkins won a family ticket for 4 people to this year’s pantomime ‘Aladdin’ at the Theatre Royal, Margate which we were pleased to present to her last month.  The winner drawn from November’s survey is….wait for it…Geoff Silk from Your Leisure.

Our prize was a lovely big bundle of Keel Toys, just in time for Christmas. Geoff was very happy when Peter dropped this off. As Geoff’s technical Account Manager for Your Leisure, it was also a chance for Peter to have a catch up regarding their IT support. By the looks of it, we don’t think Peter wanted to let go of that teddy!
