On Sunday, 5th July 2015, something very special is happening in the beautiful surroundings of Quex Gardens in Birchington. The Powell-Cotton Museum, Quex Park are hosting a very exciting event with fabulous entertainment….Its Summer Prom!
Including a full programme of popular and classical music, performed by The Kent Concert Orchestra conducted by John Perkins and featuring soprano, Margaret Threadgold.
Further entertainment will include international singing sensation ‘Hercules’, The Thanet ‘Big Sing’ Community Choir and ‘Muziki’ Steel Pans Group. So take your picnic basket, chairs & friends out for the day and listen to the wonderful music, surrounded by stunning gardens.
