Technical Services Administrator

Salary: £21,500 per annum plus performance bonuses (OTE £23,100)

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week (30-minutes for lunch each day, totalling 40)

Leave Entitlement: 20 days per annum plus Bank Holidays

Location: Based at our office in Ramsgate, Kent

Role Overview:

Working within the Professional Services team, this role is fast-paced with a link to projects, visits, education and most importantly customer service.

You will be performing administrative tasks to ensure smooth communication between all relevant parties internally and externally. Therefore, the ability to work well as part of a team as well as showing initiative to work independently is a must.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Interdepartmental communication
  • Communicating with customers via phone & email
  • Liaising & booking work with third parties
  • Updating our PSA to manage and monitor all activities
  • Calendar management
  • Updating online training platforms
  • Attend weekly meetings and report on KPIs within the meeting
  • Contribute to internal policies, procedures, and processes
