Remote Support Engineer

Salary: £21,500 per annum plus performance bonuses (OTE £23,100)

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week (30-minutes for lunch each day, totalling 40)

Leave Entitlement: 20 days per annum plus Bank Holidays

Location: Based at our office in Ramsgate, Kent

The successful candidate will be working as a team in a fast-paced environment to troubleshoot, solve and document IT-related problems and changes as per the requests from our clients\end users.
